After the initial wave of uncertainty surrounding our current situation, a lot of us settled into the “new norm” as best we could and maybe even found ourselves enjoying this quieter way of living and slower pace, finding many hidden blessings. 🙏🏼💝 (Some of my parent friends would likely disagree...)
With uncertainty continuing to linger and being faced with the real possibility that this scenario may go on much longer than we had originally hoped, I’ve noticed anxiety levels rising for many of us. Whether our concern is financial insecurity, fear around our health and wellbeing and that of our loved ones, agitation from spending too much time indoors, missing social interactions and human contact, or wondering how we’ll manage to keep our kids entertained and homeschooled while still doing our own work… we all have our very real share of worries. Here’s what I believe: We WILL come out of this. We will be okay, even if it doesn’t seem that way right now. It’s difficult to envision the future from a place of great uncertainty, but I feel, deep in my being, that we will emerge from this better and brighter than ever before, more supported, more loved, and more loving. 💗🙏🏼✨ In the meantime… it’s okay NOT to feel okay. You never need to sugarcoat your feelings. Whatever fears, anxieties, and worries may arise… honor them and sit with them. As humans, in this incarnation, we are here TO FEEL IT ALL - uncomfortable as it may be. So let yourself feel all of the discomfort. Give it your time and attention. Give it your PRESENCE. And, once you’ve given yourself sufficient space and time to acknowledge what is alive in you, I invite you to consider the possibility that all just may turn out better than you’d ever imagined, and bring forth your beautiful light to create a world more wonderful than you might have ever dreamed possible. ✨🙏🏼🌎🙏🏼✨ WE GOT THIS!
